Hypnotherapy consultations with Ana are now also available in the comfort of your own home, private office, or just about anywhere in the world!

Requirements:
  1. computer
  2. webcam (ideally at least 30 frames/second)
  3. headphones or speakers
  4. microphone (some webcams have these built in)
  5. Windows Live Messenger (MSN) or Skype
  6. time where you can guarantee you will not be disturbed
