Numbers are kept small (maximum number 6) to ensure a high degree of supervision in a safe, informal & fun environment.

- Post Isometric relaxation (PIR) - what it is & how to use it
- Stretching with a partner
- A stretching routine adapted to the needs of each individual & covering the following areas:

- Back
- Neck
- Shoulders
- Chest
- Arms
