Would you like to feel stronger, looser, with increased energy?  Then this is the workshop for you!  Learn how to safely & effectively increase your range of movement & boost energy levels, whatever your age.  Numbers are kept small (maximum number 6) to ensure a high degree of supervision in a safe, informal & fun environment.

During this action-packed one day workshop you will cover:

  • Muscle Mechanics - what makes a muscle powerful
  • What is a stretch?
  • Effective stretching - the golden rules
  • Post Isometric relaxation (PIR) - what it is & how to use it
  • Stretching with a partner
  • A stretching routine adapted to the needs of each individual & covering the following areas:
    • Legs
    • Pelvis
    • Torso
    • Back
    • Neck
    • Shoulders
    • Chest
    • Arms
The workshop will run from 10am to 5pm, including breaks.  A light lunch & all refreshments are included.  At the end of the day you will receive a comprehensive illustrated manual covering everything you will have learned.
